Job Description: Novatium is seeking a "Functional Analyst". We expect to hire a technically skilled, proactive individual capable of integrating into the IT team. Main Responsibilities: * Gather, analyze, and document business functional requirements. * Provide functional and technical support to internal users. * Participate in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Bejerman modules. * Design and execute database queries and reports. * Collaborate with technical and accounting teams to resolve incidents. * Prepare technical and functional documentation. * Transfer knowledge and train end users. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. * Technical knowledge of Bejerman, with emphasis on Inventory and Accounting modules (Mandatory). * Database proficiency: Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server. * Experience building queries and analyzing information. * Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer orientation. * Self-learning capability and ability to share knowledge with others. Desirable: * Degree in IT-related fields (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc.). * Ideal candidate: Accountant with solid technology knowledge. * Fluent English (spoken and written).
