




Mission Provide customers with technical leadership in assessment, installation, configuration, and implementation of Wetcom S.A.'s products and services. Understand and resolve assigned medium/high complexity incidents, respecting the SLA agreed upon with the customer. Provide customers with technical leadership in assessment, installation, configuration, and implementation of products and services. Perform 24x7 on-call duties according to the defined schedule. Document internal procedures and deliverables for customers. Participate in the pre-sales process. Participate in the technology lifecycle, proactively assisting in events and meetings with team members and manufacturers. Set up test laboratories to simulate environments and procedures for customer application. Provide internal training as needed. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of prior experience as a technology consultant / infrastructure administrator in technology service companies (desirable). Proven experience in the role and/or project management in virtualization, backup, and cloud computing (desirable). Possession of Veeam Backup certifications (desirable). Availability for 24x7 passive on-call shifts (1 week per month). Relevant university studies. Intermediate-to-advanced technical English. **Technical Skills:** VMware vSphere (Esxi and vCenter) \- mandatory. Veeam Backup (Desirable). vSAN (desirable). Citrix or VMware Horizon (desirable). Microsoft Windows Server. Servers / Storage, SAN / DELL, HP, LENOVO, EMC, HITACHI, IBM (any of them). **Networking:** LAN, FIREWALLS, Routing, CISCO, F5, FORTINET (desirable). **Cloud:** Amazon AWS, Azure (either one).
