The purpose of the position is to plan, direct, and control activities related to the product marketing process and the development and management of customers, in order to guarantee operational sales, profitability, and productivity according to the guidelines established by the Sales and Operations Management. Likewise, the role will involve managing the store's human resources to foster motivation, commitment, and professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with billing budgets, profit margins, investments, and operating expenses. * Play an active role in marketing and promotional activities. * Lead, participate in, and monitor with the management team the defined customer strategy. * Participate in monitoring your market. * Develop a highly motivated and business-committed team to attract customers and generate high levels of performance and productivity. * Lead, coordinate, and control sales management. * Collaborate and participate in price competitiveness, assortment behavior, product obsolescence, and customer portfolio performance. * Guarantee the best shopping experience for our customers, ensuring operational standards and processes in the sales floor, as well as the correct application of layout and product display planograms. * Ensure proper information flow regarding store management. * Ensure effective operation and safety of store facilities. * Negotiate special sales operations. * Ensure proper management of the store's Human Resources through the effective implementation of personnel policies, fostering an organizational climate where employees are engaged in their work and identify with company management. * Ensure team development and individual growth, guaranteeing replacement staff for store management. * Guarantee compliance with the Company's Stock Days Policy. * Maintain permanent control over shrinkage reported at the store. * Participate in the development of projects involving modifications, improvements, or maintenance of the store. * Monitor income from regular sales as well as other rental services, in relation to the store's ordinary operating expenses. * Monitor, together with the management team and senior staff from all areas, linear organization based on visual merchandising guidelines established by the Sales Department. Ensure proper compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, as well as the correct use of personal protective equipment and store equipment. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods companies. Experience in wholesale trading companies will be valued. University studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Negotiation, or related fields will be considered advantageous.
