Our business model focuses on customer satisfaction and sustainable development, meaning it is economically viable, respects people, and is environmentally friendly and responsible. **General objective of the role/position** Execute activities related to the terminal operations area in order to ensure product availability for sales purposes while maintaining proper equipment operation. **Responsibilities of the role/position** * Operate terminal machinery, including but not limited to: Packing Machine, Ship Unloading Machine, Silo Filling Control, and heavy machinery to achieve production volumes and maintain inventory levels within established limits. * Execute the process of receiving and shipping cement (bagged or bulk) following the guidelines and procedures established by the Company. * Comply with the requirements listed in the production program or any changes to it, directly provided by the terminal manager, to ensure product availability and quality. * Comply with the product quality guidelines established by the Company regarding production, storage, and shipping, in order to maintain standards for both bulk and bagged products. * Assist in repairs, servicing, and maintenance of all equipment and machinery at the terminal to comply with the preventive maintenance program and prevent mechanical and electrical failures that could cause business disruption. * Inspect daily cleaning activities of machinery, equipment, and surrounding areas according to the terminal's maintenance plan, contributing to the good condition of machines and terminal cleanliness. * Report available bulk cement quantity (in silos), performing weekly physical counts when requested by the Terminal Manager to prepare the Weekly and Monthly Physical Inventory Reports. * Report produced, inventoried (stock), and dispatched bagged cement quantities (including number of broken bags) to provide information for the preparation of the Daily Production Report. * Unload and/or load ships or barges with bagged or bulk cargo using required equipment, adhering to specific requirements and procedures for each type of shipment. * Adhere to ship loading, unloading, and cleaning protocols. * Participate in mandatory federal drills as required. * Perform all other duties associated with the position as requested by your immediate supervisor. **Education** Repair, maintenance, and inspection of equipment **Technical knowledge and certifications** * Complete OSHA occupational training matrix * Valid driver's license * OSHA for maritime operations * Front Loader Operator * Forklift Operator * Man\-Lift Operator **Area of experience** 5 years handling equipment and bulk vessel protocols.**Languages** Spanish C2: Advanced \- Native **Competencies** **Corporate** * Relationship with Others * Drive for Results **Culture** * We deliver extraordinary solutions to our customers * We work as a team * We act like owners We are an equal opportunity employer.
