We are seeking Irrigation Team members who can travel to our mainly golf course jobs throughout the East Coast and Midwest. The Irrigation Team is looking for Labor and Foreman **Positions Available** * Irrigation Specialist * Construction Foreman * Irrigation Foreman * Irrigation Laborer **Job Duties** * + Commercial irrigation installation experience. + Working knowledge of 2 Wire System Installations, pipe sizing and irrigation design. + Fully understanding the project plans before fieldwork begins. * Working with the crew members to make certain they understand the project, their individual roles, and the timeline for completion. Ensuring crew members are motivated for successful job completion. * Proficient with irrigation machinery. * Ability to make decisions within reason and following the design specifications, communicating to Ops team when issues may arise. * Working with the Foreman/Ops Manager to ensure all staffing has been completed and all materials, supplies have been procured in advance of project start, ordering additional materials and equipment, if necessary. * Accountability for the cleanliness and order of the site, trailer, and equipment notifying the Operations Manager of necessary repairs and maintenance. Performing daily equipment inspections. * Completing and submitting accurate daily, detailed foreman sheets for each project site. * Contributing to the overall success of the Winterberry Group through cooperative teamwork **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the irrigation industry – both commercial and residential – including supervision of small teams if applying for Foreman position. * Driver license and driver medical card if applying for Foreman position. * Ability to adjust working schedule on short notice or to accommodate current project(s). * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, action\-oriented environment. * Highly organized and detail\-oriented, yet flexible to adjust to changing demands. **BOYS \& GIRLS CLUBS OF PUERTO RICO** **JOB DESCRIPTION** **TITLE:** Project Manager – Construction Projects **PERFORMANCE PROFILE SOURCE:** Manager **UNIT:** Administration **DEPARTMENT:** Operations **REPORTS TO:** Director of Operations **STATUS:** Full time \- Hourly Full time \- Salary Part Time \- Hourly **CLASSIFICATION (FLSA):** Exempt Non\-Exempt **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** The **Project Manager** is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and overseeing construction projects and facility improvement initiatives for Boys \& Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The role includes close collaboration with contractors, vendors, the internal operations team, and other key departments. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Develop and lead work plans for construction, major maintenance, and facility improvement projects. 2\. Oversee all project phases including design, permitting, procurement, construction, compliance, and project closeout. 3\. Establish project timelines, budgets, and ensure effective use of resources. 4\. Coordinate and follow up with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. 5\. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal construction regulations. 6\. Monitor work quality and enforce safety standards on job sites. 7\. Prepare periodic project status reports for the Director of Operations and executive leadership. 8\. Ensure proper project documentation and maintain organized records in company systems. 9\. Support updates to the organization's facility maintenance and preservation plans. 10\. Identify potential project risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies. 11\. Maintain constant communication with the Director of Operations to align projects with organizational priorities. 12\. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS \& KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** in construction project management. * Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred. * Practical knowledge of bidding processes, contracting, and construction supervision. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar). * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. * Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. * Proven ability to build effective relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. * Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written). **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS \& WORK ENVIRONMENT:** * Ability to conduct on\-site inspections, walk on construction areas, and handle basic safety equipment. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. * Willingness to travel to different club locations as needed. **DISCLAIMER:** This job description outlines the general nature and key responsibilities of the role and is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications.
