The Service Department is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ wind farms and guaranteeing maximum performance of each wind turbine throughout its entire lifetime. Furthermore, it ensures that wind turbines operate at their full capacity and generate maximum energy for customers. Consequently, this team is essential for maintaining long-term customer loyalty. **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Generation of SS analyses * Generation of spare parts and tool dispatch logs * Blade material inventory * Spare parts inventory * Tool inventory and calibration verification * Safety equipment inventory review * Photographic reporting of the warehouse * Annual and monthly inventory counts and reporting * Creation of PRs for consumables or manual tool replenishment * Tracking of PR, PO, STO, and GR * ETA follow-up for spare parts in coordination with the Scheduler * Receipt of standard and urgent materials * Inspection, counting, and GR of materials arriving at the warehouse * Consumption tracking of materials expedited to the turbine * Creation of DEF materials and dispatch for repair loop * Responsibility for all inbound entries to the warehouse / tracking * Updating turbine structure when materials removed from it carry serial numbers * Responsible for preparing and posting GI for all surplus items **Knowledge and Skills** * Advanced/intermediate Excel * English reading proficiency: Ability to read technical manuals in English is mandatory. * Spanish-English bilingualism preferred * Experience in warehouse control.
