Expertise/Seniority Level: **Senior** #### **Job Responsibilities** The FI/CO Functional Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within the SAP environment. Key duties include analyzing and resolving incidents, queries, issues, configurations, and handling service requests: #### **Implementation Projects: FI/CO Functional Consultants** FI/CO consultants with experience in developments and integrations, technical specification workshops, solution configuration and customization, unit testing, support during production cutover (PU), go-live activities, post-implementation support, direct interaction with end clients, and OSS note consultation/creation. #### **Corrective/Evolutionary Maintenance: FI/CO Functional Consultants** FI/CO consultants for: incident assistance and analysis, development of enhancements, prioritization management, and service-level adherence. For some projects, on-call shifts—either passive or active—and specific service hours may be required. For minor evolutionary changes, responsibilities include requirements gathering, preparation of technical specifications, collaboration with functional or other teams, execution of unit tests, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and go-live deployment. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Development and management of FI/CO applications. * Analysis and resolution of incidents and issues, as well as configuration adjustments in SAP. * Collaboration with other teams to optimize technical and functional processes. * Participation in daily stand-up meetings and handling of FI/CO-related tickets. * Leadership in defining and executing SAP FI/CO application enhancements and upgrades. * Providing support and training to end users and technical teams on FI/CO modules. * Comprehensive documentation of all SAP processes and configurations performed. #### **Required Competencies and Skills** * Proven experience in SAP FI/CO development and management. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Capability to lead projects and coordinate efforts across diverse teams. * Advanced English proficiency (minimum CEFR Level B2). * Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO development and management. * Advanced English for communication and comprehension of technical documentation. * Autonomous capability to manage projects efficiently.
