We improve people's lives by developing innovative vaccination solutions for many diseases.* *We innovate in vaccine manufacturing through digitalization and engage in partnerships for disease prevention to sustainably maximize the impact of vaccination.* *We provide employees with opportunities to grow and encourage them to develop diverse career paths within the Sanofi organization.* **Our team:** We promote the company’s products through established channels, focusing on face-to-face (F2F) and digital ecosystems, aiming to achieve the objectives set by the Vaccines business unit. **Main responsibilities:** * To achieve sales targets, promote the product portfolio to assigned customers within the territory by analyzing information and customer insights. Conduct visits to healthcare professionals with a focus on promoting selected products to achieve prescriptions, using communication tools and strategies defined by the Marketing department. * Meet quality and quantity objectives regarding visit frequency, ensuring successful visit closure and securing commitment to prescribe promoted brands. * Identify new promotional business opportunities such as vaccination centers and pharmacies, in order to equip them with all available Marketing Engagement tools. * Manage the route according to specific needs of each area, aiming to achieve profitability and coverage of the assigned territory. * Plan visits to various stakeholders (vaccination centers, pharmacies, medical auditors, and drugstores) to identify, ensure follow-up, and obtain feedback that strengthens relationships with the appropriate contacts. * Plan promotional activities (POA), prepare visit reports for tracking various F2F or remote actions. Classify contact potential in the medical database according to criteria defined by the new Marketing Engagement system. Responsible for managing assigned Key Accounts, monitoring product stock levels and expiration dates. * Actively represent the company at medical congresses, seminars, and case discussions, engaging with physicians and actively participating in these events. * Collect and report data and analysis on competitors and the potential market for currently promoted products, aiming to identify new commercial opportunities. * Collaborate with the Medical Department and Product Management support to implement cutting-edge educational programs aligned with the latest research and medical knowledge on diseases and new treatments. * Maintain an active role in scientific activities, training sessions, and national and international meetings attended by clients. * Propose topics for internal medical trainings based on strengths and weaknesses, leveraging these sessions to gain tools that enhance interactions with professionals and align with business needs. * Maintain a comprehensive database of all current customers for local and national use, transforming it into a fundamental and interactive tool across all team members. * Provide consistent and up-to-date analysis on the daily, personalized reality of assigned vaccination centers and pharmacies. Share this analysis with business unit colleagues, enriching their daily fieldwork. **About you** * **Experience:** Experience interacting with healthcare professionals or in pharmaceutical or related commercial environments. * **Social skills:** Communication and influence skills to drive conversion (promotion & negotiation), Flexibility & Agility (a model subject to continuous feedback and evolution), Teamwork, interpersonal relations, and Negotiation skills, Career development aspiration. * **Technical skills:** Analytical ability (sales metrics, market performance, KPIs), Proficiency with digital and support tools (Excel, Veeva, Power BI, WhatsApp, email), Omnichannel management, Commercial vision/understanding (end-to-end responsibility), Strategic thinking with results orientation. * **Education:** APM license, Degree in medical sciences, administration, or commerce. * **Languages:** English proficiency (preferred) ***Pursue progress, discover extraordinary*** Better is out there.
