If you have sales experience, are passionate about business development, and enjoy challenges, this role is for you! ️ **Main Responsibilities**: * Manage and grow a portfolio of clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships. * Develop sales strategies that enable you to meet (and exceed) established targets. * Identify new business opportunities through networking and convert them into strategic partnerships. * Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. * Present products and solutions to potential clients and partners. * Negotiate agreements and ensure customer/partner needs are met while maintaining the company's reputation. * Keep sales databases up to date and participate in required meetings and training sessions. ️ **What We Value**: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. * 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR tech or SaaS products. * Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity in seeking new opportunities and creating value in every interaction.
