Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Responsible for coordinating and aligning with the various operational and administrative departments involved in the internal repair process. These activities will be based on the planned demand for exchange components and scheduled T&M repairs, which will be channeled to the CRC. This individual will be responsible for quoting, planning, and tracking all necessary resources (spare parts, third-party vendors, labor, etc.) required to execute services requested by external and internal customers. Key Responsibilities: * Create service orders, using the corresponding standard job, based on notifications received from internal customers or additional orders for already-initiated jobs. * Prepare service quotations, meeting established targets. * Schedule activated jobs, specifying the customer commitment date. * Track resource availability. * Manage the status of service orders after release. * Monitor work progress and update daily/weekly/monthly scheduling. * Apply available PIPs and PSPs. * Participate in Service Excellence metrics and attributes; achieve annual targets across categories set by CAT. * Generate reports to provide visibility into ongoing jobs and adherence to customer commitment dates. * Identify process improvement opportunities in collaboration with interfacing departments and develop action plans. Education and Experience: * Preferably with experience in the service business. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles within industry. * Currently studying or graduated in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems. * Willingness to work on-site at the Olavarría branch.
