




### **We’re looking for a 'head chef' who handles client resource demands and manages recruitment tools and the recruitment team to deliver efficient results. A dynamic and challenging role to join a company experiencing continuous growth.** * Expertise level: Senior. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Develop and implement effective IT talent acquisition strategies. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from identifying hiring needs to onboarding talent. * Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and ideal candidate profiles. * Optimize and manage the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure efficiency in hiring processes. * Leverage our AI-powered platform and advanced sourcing and selection techniques to attract highly qualified IT professionals. * Maintain and enrich the database of potential candidates for future opportunities. * Generate tracking reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. ### **Key Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a dynamic, large-scale environment. * In-depth knowledge of current trends and best practices in tech-sector recruitment. * Proven experience using ATS platforms and advanced search tools. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English (C1 or higher). * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines. * Familiarity with agile methodologies applied to recruitment processes. * Experience designing digital talent branding campaigns on online platforms. * An established professional network within the IT industry. #### **Employment Terms** * Work mode: On-site (5 days per week at our office in Parque Patricios).
