No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL to facilitate data movement between the data warehouse and external systems * Automate workflows to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and timely delivery * Build bi\-directional data flows to integrate customer and campaign data with engagement platforms, while capturing performance data back into internal systems * Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and CRM teams to transform business requirements into technical implementations * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to maintain reliability and data quality * Quickly onboard and operationalize the technology stack, documenting processes, workflows, and schemas to ensure maintainability * Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and privacy standards across all data operations * Work closely with technical and non\-technical stakeholders to align goals and ensure successful delivery of solutions **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline * At least 5 years of professional experience in data integration with a proven track record in building and maintaining data pipelines * Minimum of one year of experience leading and managing development teams * Advanced expertise in Python for data scripting, automation, and API integration * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery * Practical experience in integrating internal systems with third\-party platforms * Familiarity with APIs and tools for data pipeline orchestration, such as Airflow, dbt, or AWS Glue * Strong problem\-solving abilities and the capability to collaborate effectively across technical and non\-technical teams * Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, including their storage, compute, and data services * Fluent English communication skills (B2\+ level or higher), with experience in client\-facing roles to gather requirements and provide updates **Nice to have** * Experience working with e\-commerce platforms or transactional systems, particularly in managing large\-scale data operations * Familiarity with the unique challenges of e\-commerce data integration, including handling large datasets and optimizing performance **We offer** * Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non\-wages concept). * Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group). * Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days). * Discounts card. * English Training (English lessons, twice per week). * Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company). * Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers). * Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company). * External Agreements and Discounts. * Vacations: 14 calendar days a year *By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM´s Privacy Notice and Policy.*
