




**You will be responsible for:** * Advising on and designing customized Finpro (D&O, E&O, BBB, Crime, etc.) and Cyber insurance coverage aligned with clients’ needs. * Analyzing information, documents, and financial statements provided by clients. * Negotiating and managing coverage terms and conditions with insurers and reinsurers. * Developing and implementing new Finpro and Cyber insurance products. * Analyzing and implementing improvements to Finpro and Cyber policy wordings. * Developing and implementing internal policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. **Technical Skills:** * A completed university degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration. * Knowledge of Finpro and Cyber insurance coverages (D&O, E&O, BBB, Crime, etc.). * Ability to analyze financial information and technical documents. * Experience negotiating with insurers and reinsurers. * Experience developing and implementing insurance coverages and policy enhancements. * Ability to design and implement regulatory policies, processes, and controls. **Soft Skills:** * Ability to advise on and communicate risk-related topics at industry events and forums. * Results-oriented mindset with strong commitment to achieving budgetary goals. * Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with clients and insurers. * Commitment to promoting an ethical, compliant, and sustainable corporate culture. * Proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities.
