No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Partner with clients to help them define and articulate a clear vision for their business in the short, medium, and long term * Gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, including their operational and financial structures * Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities * Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to uncover meaningful insights * Lead or collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, including client alignment, contextual understanding, insight development, opportunity exploration, actionable design creation, and implementation planning * Develop and present innovation roadmaps that guide clients from strategy to execution * Create financial models to quantify the value of proposed innovations, often requiring analysis of novel ideas with limited precedents * Integrate multiple streams of work into cohesive, logical client presentations and confidently deliver them to executive\-level stakeholders **Requirements** * A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business strategy or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator * A minimum of 1 year managing a team of at least 5 people * Experience participating in at least 2 full\-cycle projects or multiple projects encompassing various phases of the development lifecycle * Proficiency in building detailed and accurate financial models to evaluate business opportunities and strategies * Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and solutions * Experience working in collaborative team environments with diverse skill sets, including designers and engineers * Proven experience consulting at senior levels within organizations * Strong client\-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with executive\-level clients * Willingness to travel to the US approximately once per quarter for client meetings or research activities * Portfolio showcasing examples of market or competitive analyses, framework development, and financial modeling * Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills **Nice to have** * MBA or equivalent advanced degree, demonstrating expertise in business management and strategy **We offer** * Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non\-wages concept). * Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group). * Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days). * Discounts card. * English Training (English lessons, twice per week). * Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company). * Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers). * Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company). * External Agreements and Discounts. * Vacations: 14 calendar days a year *By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM´s Privacy Notice and Policy.*
