




**About the Role:** We are seeking a **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to lead the business development of the **Broadcom** brand in Argentina. This position combines **technical expertise** and **commercial competencies**, with a focus on channel expansion, project generation, and pre-sales support. The role is critical to capitalizing on this market opportunity and sustaining the brand’s continued growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Channel Development**: Expand and strengthen the current channel network (80+ active channels). * **New Business & Project Generation**, focused on Broadcom solutions. * **Pre-sales technical support**, including advisory services for solution design, configuration, and maintenance. * **Technology presentations and evangelization** to channels and customers. * **Transfer of advanced technical knowledge** to key audiences. * **Close collaboration** with the local team. * **Hybrid work model**: 2–3 days per week in the CABA office and frequent channel visits. * **Participation in training programs** to maintain certifications and technical competencies. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Education**: Preferably in Engineering (Electronics, Systems, Computer Science) or a related technical field. * **Experience**: Minimum 6 years in similar roles, combining commercial development and technical support. * **Technical Knowledge**: + Cybersecurity (general or specialized level). + Prior experience with Broadcom or similar solutions is desirable. * **Soft Skills**: + High energy and proactive attitude. + Strong communication and public speaking skills for presentations. + Growth mindset and autonomy. + Resilience and problem-solving ability. * **Languages**: Intermediate English (reading, comprehension, and conversation) **Key Competencies:** **Technical**: cybersecurity, pre-sales, advanced solution configuration, technical certifications. **Commercial**: business development, channel management, negotiation. **Personal**: energy, positive attitude, autonomy, presentation skills, networking. **Key Skills** At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
