At KL, we’re looking for an Internal Application Support Specialist to join our growing K\-OS team, the technology platform that powers our property management operations across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, understands how business users interact with software, and enjoys helping others get the most out of a system. You’ll be the primary point of contact for internal and external users of K\-OS, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience across all business functions. Beyond resolving day\-to\-day issues, you’ll play a key role in training new users, documenting best practices, and helping our teams adopt new features as the platform evolves. You’ll collaborate closely with the product and QA teams to report bugs, gather user feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that make K\-OS more efficient and intuitive. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills in English, near\-native fluency is essential, who can explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non\-technical audiences. What You’ll Do * Serve as the main point of contact for all K\-OS support requests from internal teams and external users across the U.S. * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating to product or development teams when needed. * Monitor platform performance and ensure consistent service quality for users. * Gather user feedback and suggest improvements to enhance usability and efficiency. * Maintain excellent communication standards and ensure high customer satisfaction in every interaction. * Conduct user training sessions, create tutorials, and provide onboarding support for new hires and vendors. * Participate in testing, rollout, and validation of new features or platform updates. What We’re Looking For * 2–4 years of experience in application support, technical support, or customer success roles. * Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken, equivalent to native fluency. * Experience in or familiarity with property management, real estate technology, or related SaaS platforms. * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. * Comfortable training and assisting users with varying technical skill levels. * Detail\-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Location: Remote position, preferably based in Argentina (AMBA) or within ±3 hours of CST (U.S. Central Time).
