**Electrical/Electronic Staff** MAIN FUNCTION: Manage development, standardization, commissioning, and customer support to ensure proper electrical-electronic operation of blister machines, cartoners, and associated equipment. REQUIRED BASIC EDUCATION: Completed or incomplete tertiary education, preferably with an electrical-electronic focus. ALTERNATIVE: Completed secondary education, preferably with an electrical-electronic focus. MINIMUM REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 year as Assistant to the Head of the Electrical and/or Electronic Department or as an operational staff member in the Electrical/Electronic Department within manufacturing companies, preferably in the metallurgical sector and operating under an ISO 9001 system. ALTERNATIVE: 3 years as an operator in the Electrical and/or Electronic Department, performing duties in companies engaged in activities similar to those carried out by Blipack. REQUIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Ability to perform and monitor tasks and work effectively in teams. Observant, meticulous, and consistent in analyzing and solving technical problems. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both external and internal personnel. Open-minded and willing to continuously update technological knowledge. Systematic, organized, and meticulous in carrying out tasks and generating associated documentation. REQUIRED BASIC TRAINING: Education: Tertiary or secondary level, depending on the candidate’s educational background, complemented by practical training (work-based curriculum) acquired subsequently. Proficiency in PC use, utilities, and knowledge of software programs required for activities within their department. Knowledge of integrated circuits, control systems, materials, and other components related to the electrical-electronic field.
