To continue positively impacting more people's lives, we are looking to add an **Operations Manager EPGM** to the business unit **Ecco Neuquén.** **Responsibilities** * Actively participate in field medical service tenders. Preparing the Technical Section, providing costs of required resources, defining resources, and preparing budgets. * Supervise assigned personnel (drivers, nurses, and technicians) * Manage necessary resources for the proper functioning of different healthcare units * Manage and administer the entire fleet of mobile units (vans and 4x4 ambulances) * Provide mechanical technical support to mobile unit supervisors when any issues arise * Prepare Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Hygiene documentation for clients and internal use * Provide operational and logistical support through your team 24 hours a day to healthcare units * Plan and monitor movements of mobile units between provinces and cities when required * Complete and respond to Service Orders or formal customer complaints * Schedule and manage rosters for service personnel (doctors, nurses, drivers, and technicians) * Manage vacations and absences of supervised staff * Manage and supply fuel for mobile units * Collaborate with branch management and sales team to maintain and develop commercial relationships with clients and prospects * Manage Purchase Requests in SAP * Manage calibration of medical equipment at healthcare units * Actively participate in ISO certification processes **Requirements** Proven experience in team leadership. Experience in coordination of health services.
