




**Company Description** As an Associate Manager in Customer Success, you will lead the establishment and development of fruitful relationships with clients (major mass consumer manufacturers) at a local level, ensuring commercial development, continuous communication, and the creation of strategies aligned with the client's business vision. Likewise, you will be responsible for team development, organizing and training analysts under your supervision. **Job Description** * You will set high standards for client delivery, provide support, recognition, and feedback to develop associates and support a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements. * You will handle confidential conversations with clients, resolve conflicts, and harmonize internal processes. * You will need to understand the client, their needs, and their business in order to propose strategies with a comprehensive view of NielsenIQ's solutions. * You will support the creation of annual plans to define action plans with clients, identifying objectives, solutions to present, and expected results. * You will deliver business presentations with a high level of analytical detail to various client departments. * You will foster and support the continuous development of your team's associates, motivating them and providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback. * You will negotiate and secure service models based on deliverables with your portfolio of clients. **Qualifications** Are you passionate about direct client interaction?
