The role combines field interaction with customers and institutions and analytical support for commercial decision-making, ensuring agility and alignment with departmental objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the execution of action plans defined by the AREA across different accounts (social security funds, private insurers, payers, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions); * Participate in field visits and meetings alongside KAMs or independently depending on the segment, focusing on operational execution and follow-up; * Gather market intelligence and identify commercial, access, and distribution improvement opportunities; * Support the implementation of commercial agreements and GTN terms (pricing, discounts, contracts); * Analyze sales performance, account evolution, and profitability by channel, product, or institution; * Prepare reports and insights for KAMs and leadership teams using BI tools and dashboards; * Monitor key performance indicators (sell\-in / sell\-out, stock, forecast, deviations vs IBP) and propose corrective actions; * Consolidate information for presentations, business reviews, and internal stakeholder meetings; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct execution of commercial operations; * Support the implementation of new commercial policies, product launches, or efficiency and innovation projects; * Contribute to the development of training materials and commercial team updates. **About You** * **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial, analytical, or commercial support roles within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not mandatory). Knowledge of the Argentine healthcare system and main channels: institutional, retail, and high complexity (RD). * **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. * **Technical Skills**: Analytical abilities and proficiency in reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or others); * **Education**: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Medical Sciences, Business/Marketing, or related fields.
