The Corporate Strategy \& Growth team specializes in helping our clients solve strategic challenges and identify growth opportunities through a profitable and sustainable approach. *To do so,* we *address topics such as: corporate strategy development, assessment and expansion into new markets, commercial strategy design, go-to-market definition, profitability analysis and optimization, growth and innovation, commercial excellence, pricing strategy.* We work on projects through direct collaboration with our clients in Argentina and international markets, especially the United States and Europe. Our working model may involve visits to client offices or remote work. **A Consultant’s day-to-day activities on a project may include:** * Identifying and structuring client problems to formulate hypotheses about potential solutions, understanding their key strategic and operational challenges (market definition, industry trends, among others). * Collecting data and analyzing it to validate various hypotheses and understand an organization's current state. * Developing and applying industry knowledge to provide implementation-focused recommendations. * Building business cases to highlight the financial impact of recommendations provided to clients. * Developing knowledge of current trends, finances, and operational drivers across multiple industry segments. * Creating financial models to support business cases. * Evaluating various strategic options to help develop data-driven operating models and innovative strategies. * Developing executive presentations incorporating storytelling that effectively communicates findings and recommendations achieved during the project. * Leading a workstream within a project, being responsible for its objectives and committed deliverables. * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Technology, Industry Specialists, Marketing, etc.) to address client challenges from an integrated perspective. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree. Postgraduate studies such as an MBA, Master’s in Finance, Master’s in Digital Business, or equivalent will be valued. * Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, product innovation, or corporate finance. (Mandatory requirement). * Knowledge of the energy and banking sectors will be considered a differentiator. * Advanced proficiency in English.
