To find out more visit **www.lenovo.com**, and read about the latest news via our **StoryHub**. ### **Description and Requirements** **Sr. Financial Analyst – Intercompany Accounting Specialist** **Position Summary** We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Senior Financial Analyst** to join our Finance organization as an **Intercompany Accounting Specialist**. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and compliance of intercompany financial transactions across multiple countries and business units. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams in a technology\-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the **end\-to\-end Intercompany Agreement (ICA) process**, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of calculation files and billing documentation. * Collaborate with **Business and HR teams** to review and validate the correct distribution of headcount labor expenses and maintain updates on a regular basis. * Prepare, analyze, and review **allocation calculations** of intercompany expenses by country and business group. * Periodically update key variables impacting the calculations, including welfare, bonuses, and other payroll\-related elements to ensure accurate recovery and forecasting. * Create and submit **ICAs and monthly intercompany billings** in the designated ICA tool, ensuring completeness and audit readiness. * Oversee the **electronic invoicing process** and maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes. * Perform accounting allocations and reconciliations in the ledger, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting standards and policies. * Provide **quarterly forecast inputs** of intercompany allocations to Country CFOs and support the regional consolidation process. * Partner with **local Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams** to ensure compliance with local statutory and tax reporting requirements. * Maintain and continuously improve **Desk Procedures**, ensuring process standardization and best practices. * Support updates and creation of ICA agreements and assist during internal/external **audit reviews** and tax authority requests. * Contribute to **process improvement initiatives**, system enhancements, and implementation of new financial tools and projects. * Collaborate across a **global organization**, establishing effective working relationships and providing timely responses to inquiries. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Finance**, or related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Planning roles (experience in multinational or shared service environments preferred). * Strong **Excel skills** and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
