Currently we are seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused individual to join our team as a **Customer Support** **Operator**. As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer inquiries. **Work Schedule:** 2/2 rotation (2 days on, 2 days off), alternating between two shifts: Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (GMT\+3\) Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (GMT\+3\) ### **Tasks:** * Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls); * Provide accurate information about the products of the company; * Resolve cases in timely and professional manner; * Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager; * Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager. ### **Requirements:** * Fluency in Spanish and English languages both written and verbal; * Previous experience on a similar position would be considerate as an advantage; * Customer focus personality; * Great communication and analytical skills. ### **We offer:** * Remote work model; * Competitive remuneration; * Friendly, enjoyable and positive environment.
