Position Summary: A prominent company in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead teams, ensure compliance with procedures, and manage product flow and storage. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and manage warehouse teams and materials specialists. 2. Ensure effective control of product flow and storage. 3. Conduct cyclic and physical inventory counts and prepare monthly reports. A leading company in the Oil & Gas industry is currently seeking a candidate for the position of Procurement Manager. Responsibilities: - Lead, direct, train, and manage a team (warehouse staff and materials specialists). - Guarantee compliance with established procedures and company standards to maintain effective control over the physical flow of products and storage in the warehouse and other inventory areas. - Ensure closure of purchase orders through receipt into the Warehouse Management System (monitor open order reports and unreceived invoice reports). - Conduct periodic reviews of exception reports to maintain data integrity in the Warehouse Management System. - Ensure compliance with established procedures and company standards to maintain effective control over product flow and storage. - Perform cyclic and periodic physical inventory counts: create plans / publish adjustments / root cause analysis and reporting per global procedure. - Prepare and deliver monthly reports as required by management. - Update and communicate KPIs and best practices to the team and key stakeholders within the Division. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. - Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor with personnel reporting, ideally in O&G companies. - Commitment and dynamism in carrying out job responsibilities. - Excellent proficiency in Office tools. - Driver’s license class B1. Work Location: Neuquén.
