Work on civil engineering projects, including soil movement, trenching, grading, and supporting various project phases. Responsibilities: Operate wheel loader and backhoe excavator on civil engineering projects, ensuring efficiency and safety. Perform soil movement, excavation, filling, profiling, and compaction. Maintain and inspect machinery to ensure proper working condition (lubrication, basic checks, fault reporting). Coordinate with foremen and coworkers to meet deadlines and technical specifications. Comply with on-site safety regulations and signage. Requirements: Minimum experience: 2 years operating wheel loaders and backhoe excavators on civil engineering projects (experience in earthworks and trenching preferred). Valid driver’s license and/or machinery operator certification (if applicable). Basic knowledge of preventive equipment maintenance. Ability to work effectively in a team, punctuality, and responsibility. Availability for on-site work in Cipolletti; willingness to relocate to nearby project sites. Preferred Qualifications: Training courses in machinery operation or occupational safety (SST). Experience with various models/brands of loaders and backhoes.
