Your main responsibilities will be: Preparation, entry, and comprehensive management of rental contracts in the system.Sending contracts to Rentas for stamping, as required.Analysis and review of guarantor solvency and tenant profiles.Management and updating of property owner and tenant contacts.Administration of property and tenant taxes.Invoicing for the real estate agency and collections management.General support to the Rentals department.Residence in General Roca (mandatory).Proven experience in administrative tasks, preferably in real estate, legal, or accounting fields.Strong knowledge in cash management, collections, and invoicing.Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word (mandatory).Ability to effectively and discreetly resolve conflicts.Proactivity, autonomy, and strong attention to detail.Excellent oral and written communication.Organizational, planning, and methodical skills.Commitment and responsibility.Employment Conditions: Type: Service provider (monthly invoicing).Working Hours: Part-time (4 hours per day).
