Customer attention and assistance via telephone, email, and remote support. 2. Resolution of inquiries and follow-up on technical issues. 3. User training and guidance in software usage. We are a software development company currently looking for individuals to join our Customer Service and Technical Support team. This position focuses on providing assistance to users of our ERP management system, supporting them in daily software usage, resolving technical inquiries, and offering solutions to various operational issues. Responsibilities: * Customer attention and assistance via telephone, email, and remote access. * Resolution of inquiries related to system functionality. * Identification and follow-up on technical issues. * Basic user training and guidance in software usage. * Registration and tracking of reported cases. Mandatory Requirements: * Residency in Bahía Blanca city or surrounding areas (Punta Alta, Cerri, Pigüe, etc.). * Personal computer. * Basic computer literacy and PC operation skills. * Proficiency with computer tools (Excel). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Problem-solving, organized, and customer-oriented profile.
