Get to know us! **Job Responsibilities:** - Monitor and verify that cleaning services are delivered in accordance with the Integrated Management System (IMS). - Organize and supervise operational team tasks and assigned staff, optimizing resources allocated to each service and ensuring high standards of hygiene and order across facilities. - Record and update staff attendance on the attendance tracking website. Manage documentation related to onboarding new personnel. - Collect, organize, and maintain up-to-date personnel documentation, complying with current legal requirements. - Intervene in conflict situations, acting as a mediator to foster an environment of respect, dialogue, and cooperation. - Promote open, clear, and transparent communication with the team, encouraging constructive exchange of ideas and information. - Conduct periodic site visits to assess customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement. - Verify that cleaning product dilution follows the corresponding dilution chart for each service, and ensure all staff use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Ensure availability of materials (cleaning products) to prevent shortages that could affect service quality. - Supervise proper usage and optimal functioning of equipment, including inventory control. - Develop and maintain an updated Service Diagram. - Promote additional service sales to existing clients. - Continuously monitor team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and development. **Requirements:** - Minimum experience: 2 years in similar roles. - Team management experience. - Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations. - Planning and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and digital tools. - Residence in CAÑUELAS or nearby. **Job Description:** The key role of the **Supply Finance Coordinator** is to act as a strategic partner for the business, enabling growth and supporting day\-to\-day operations. This role is responsible for producing periodic and quarterly reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial data in compliance with corporate deadlines. The Analyst will also contribute to improving processes, procedures and internal controls, as well as supporting special projects as needed. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, solid understanding of financial processes, and the ability to collaborate cross\-functionally within a dynamic supply chain environment. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Quality of experience is prioritized over years: ideally 2\+ years in finance, accounting, costing, or manufacturing\-related roles. * Experience in cost analysis, financial forecasting and scenario modeling. * Conversational English – able to maintain a business discussion. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Control and report P\&L (or dedicated P\&L lines) from a short\-, mid\- and long\-term perspective: produce performance analysis, develop financial planning, model scenarios, identify opportunities and evaluate risks. * Contribute to S\&OP / SN\&P\+ processes, including month\-end closing activities (accruals), future performance planning, and estimations for P\&L and cash flow, providing reporting for different business forums. * Work closely with all involved functions and departments to ensure delivery of targets. Maintain strong relationships with business and functional managers to review performance and propose or coordinate corrective actions when required. * Drive continuous improvement in Supply Finance (Costs, Working Capital, CAPEX): act as project leader, project team member, or individual contributor to update systems and processes according to business needs.
