On-site support and incident resolution. Experience working with SLAs or ticketing systems for incident management. Experience tracking incidents and understanding metrics/KPIs will be highly valued. Networks/CCNA (Desirable) Active Directory (Desirable) · Your main responsibilities will be: · Providing technical assistance and user support using ticketing systems, working under SLA agreements. Installing and maintaining institutional applications and commercial software. Configuring and maintaining hardware. Integrating devices into the client's domain. Configuring wired or wireless networks.
