This includes greeting visitors, answering phone calls, coordinating meeting rooms, and performing other related duties. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming and assisting internal and external clients. Coordinating meeting room bookings. Serving as the central point of contact for incoming calls. Managing correspondence and/or packages. Collecting basic information regarding maintenance requests, event spaces, and other related matters. Issuing access control cards. Additional responsibilities may be assigned. Requirements: Secondary or tertiary education in a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception or customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level).
