Job Search: Receptionist for Private Orthopedics and Physiotherapy Clinic – Afternoon Shift Description: A private, exclusive medical office located in Caballito is seeking an experienced Receptionist with proven background in the healthcare sector to lead and coordinate our front desk operations. We seek an agile professional with high empathy toward patients experiencing physical pain, excellent ability to work under pressure, and leadership skills to manage support staff. Main Responsibilities: Front desk reception, registration, and appointment scheduling for a high volume of afternoon patients. Telephone reception and medical schedule management. Cash handling and billing. Must be proficient in Google Sheets. Daily coordination with the treatment room assistant to maintain order, cleanliness, and patient assistance. Daily coordination with the HR Coordinator and Supervisor. Mandatory Requirements: Prior proven experience in reception roles at medical offices, clinics, or healthcare centers. Strong service orientation, empathy, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and adhere strictly to operational protocols. Full availability to work Monday through Friday during afternoon hours. Optional Saturday mornings. Position Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:45 PM to 8:00 PM (patient care from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM). Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Work Location: Caballito.
