Imagine leading dynamic, challenging, and innovative projects — and being responsible for: * Designing and maintaining GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Intercompany configurations in S/4HANA. * Leading blueprinting, requirements gathering workshops, and functional validation sessions with business areas. * Leading product development for RTR, team organization, management, tracking, planning, and execution control. * Planning work, managing tasks, and tracking cross-team commitments (functional, technical, and end users). * Coordinating efforts and timelines between internal and external teams, ensuring alignment of deliverables. * Organizing and facilitating progress meetings, executive presentations, and status reports for C-level audiences. **Requirements:** * Hold a degree in Public Accounting, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Possess solid functional SAP FI/CO experience, including participation in medium- or large-scale implementation or support projects. * Have at least 5 years of experience leading technology projects: team building, planning, tracking, and stakeholder management. * Demonstrate proven experience applying agile methodologies in SAP projects. * Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical profiles and business users or leadership. **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * Being the protagonist of your development in an environment rich in opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Sharing and learning collaboratively in a team alongside outstanding professionals and specialists. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything needed for you to have a great experience. :)
