End-to-end management of documentation and reverse logistics processes Log In Farma, a logistics company specializing in the healthcare industry, is currently looking for a Reverse Logistics Analyst to join our team. Main Responsibilities: Receiving and verifying operational documentation (delivery notes, proof of delivery, checks, route sheets, among others). Validating integrity, legibility, and alignment with purchase orders. Identifying inconsistencies or missing documentation. Recording, digitizing, and archiving compliant delivery notes in the system or physical storage as appropriate. Detecting and tracking documentary deviations (errors, missing signatures, incomplete data), coordinating their resolution with carriers and branches. Monitoring pending documentation and managing claims for recovery. Managing return orders (reverse logistics), including coordination, tracking, and administrative closure in the system. Monitoring document submission deadlines, ensuring compliance with established timelines and full process traceability. · What are we looking for in our team?
