Job Summary: We are seeking a support technician to provide IT assistance in retail stores, managing tickets, installing software, and maintaining equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support in retail environments 2. Ticket management and maintenance of computer systems 3. Installation and updating of software and equipment RESPONSIBILITIES: - Track and resolve complaints received via the ticketing system. - Perform installation and updating of computer software at the workstation level and for equipment. - Assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing company computer equipment and systems. - Collaborate in recording and tracking technical support and equipment maintenance requests for company-owned equipment. - Guide users on using business applications and office productivity software. - Knowledge and experience in networking (network topologies, subnets, VLANs, etc.). - Knowledge of router/switch configuration. - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft domains (Active Directory). - Experience providing user support (Windows environment), PC diagnostics and installation, printers, peripherals, data collectors, etc. REQUIREMENTS: - Candidates must hold a completed technical degree in computing (e.g., ORT, UTU, or other institution recognized by MEC). - Availability for installations/implementations in specific cases, including store openings and/or renovations across the country.
