E-commerce Analyst We are seeking an E-commerce Analyst with experience in managing and optimizing online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of e-commerce dynamics and be able to drive growth and efficiency in our digital operations. 1) End-to-end Mercado Libre Management Manage the Mercado Libre account comprehensively: listing strategy, positioning, pre-sales, and post-sales. Manage listings: creation/deletion, bulk editing, images, descriptions, pricing, promotions. Ensure response time and service quality, safeguarding reputation and service levels (questions, messages, claims/returns). Plan and execute commercial and growth initiatives (e.g., Hot Sale/Cyber Monday events, campaigns, category-driven pushes). Manage Mercado Ads (PADS): define and monitor advertising campaigns. Handle / coordinate Mercado Envíos Full: ensure inventory availability and prevent stockouts in fulfillment; coordinate with warehouse for shipment preparation. 2) Online Store Management Comprehensive management of the online store (content, catalog, pricing/promotions, performance), coordinating improvements and optimizations. Coordinate digital marketing and product positioning activities (in collaboration with marketing team/agencies). 3) Technical Catalog Maintain an impeccable catalog to minimize friction and returns: technical attributes, variants, compatibilities, clear product specifications, and kits/combos. 4) Pricing, Inventory, and Profitability Monitor and update pricing and inventory across both channels to prevent stockouts/overselling and ensure availability. Analyze performance and collaborate on defining product-level profitability. 5) Reporting and Continuous Improvement Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management; make data-driven decisions. Identify issues, propose improvements, and lead optimization initiatives (process/technology/integrations). Manage integrators and internal platforms linked to the channel (current and future). Create and maintain up-to-date SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for team tasks. Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce management. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
