




Job Description: At Dentsu, we are looking for a Paid Media Analyst with advanced English. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing advertising campaigns according to client objectives. Full-time position, permanent employment. Work model: HYBRID. Onsite in Belgrano (CABA) once per week. Main responsibilities: * Planning and Reporting. * Management of LinkedIn and Meta platforms (Google Ads, DV360 is a plus). * Knowledge of campaign trafficking / tags / adops processes. * Coordination with direct media partners. * Generation of periodic performance reports and analysis with actionable insights. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary and regional teams, leading initiatives and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. Requirements: * Advanced English (mandatory) * Proven experience in media and campaign planning for B2B clients. * Advanced experience managing LinkedIn and Meta platforms. * Google Ads and DV360 (a plus). * Experience in digital campaigns such as Branded Content, Articles, Sponsored Content. * Understanding of key metrics and strong analytical skills to derive conclusions and insights. * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results orientation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting results and proposals. \#LI\-RR1
