We’re currently helping them find a **Level 2 Support Engineer** to join their global team full\-time (40 hours/week). This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates in LATAM and other regions who meet the qualifications. ### **What You’ll Do** As a Level 2 Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in solving complex technical issues, improving infrastructure, and collaborating with a highly skilled team. Your responsibilities will include: * Troubleshooting advanced technical issues across systems, servers, and networks * Supporting cloud\-based environments including Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Intune * Using PowerShell and scripting tools to streamline support and infrastructure tasks * Collaborating across teams and with clients to ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents * Researching new technologies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives * Documenting service call notes, technical checklists, and creating clear infrastructure diagrams * Operating in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining high levels of organization and consistency ### **What We’re Looking For** * 3\+ years of advanced IT support experience in an **MSP (Managed Service Provider)** environment * Proficient with **PowerShell and scripting** * Strong experience with **server administration, firewalls, and networking** * Advanced knowledge of **cloud technologies** like O365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Intune * Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) * Organized, reliable, and process\-oriented mindset * Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines * A proactive team player who is always eager to learn and grow ### **Compensation** * **$3,000 to $7,200 USD/month**, based on experience and qualifications * Full\-time (40 hours per week), long\-term opportunity If you’re a skilled support engineer looking for a high\-impact role with an innovative and supportive team—this is your chance.
