Candidate In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our product quality, guaranteeing that every delivery meets the highest standards and customer expectations. What you will do? * Perform quality control of intermediate and finished products. * Analyze production samples and prepare technical reports. * Fully manage internal and external complaint processes. * Provide support to the development laboratory in evaluating new products and continuously improving existing ones. * Participate in preparing reports, revalidations, and monitoring quality KPIs. * Collaborate on operational plant tasks, including manufacturing pilot and small-scale batches. What we expect from you? * University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratories, handling chemicals and analytical equipment. * Prior involvement in creating QM Control Plans. * Intermediate level of English. * Knowledge of 5S methodologies and digitalization tools will be valued. What you need to know about this position: Working hours: Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, ideal for those who prefer starting their day with more flexibility. Additionally, during high-demand periods, we work on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Work mode: On-site, in an environment where collaboration and continuous learning are part of daily life.
