Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect/Engineer to comprehensively lead and coordinate construction projects, interfacing with contractors and the technical team. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and management of price redeterminations A construction company based in CABA is looking for a professional (Architect/Engineer) to develop as a Construction Coordination Manager. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress jointly with the technical department. Requirements for this position: * University degree (professional registration/license is highly valued). * Personal transportation. * Availability for on-site work. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Excel and technical software. * Prior experience in similar roles (mandatory). Key responsibilities include: * Comprehensive coordination and supervision of construction projects. * Coordination with contractors and technical team. * Monitoring of progress and costs. * Certification of works. * Preparation of quantity take-offs and budgets for tenders. * Preparation, monitoring, and management of price redeterminations and cost variation analysis. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, on-site in CABA.
