The position will be responsible for **planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising technological infrastructure projects** in complex corporate environments, acting as the liaison between architecture, technical departments, and internal clients. **Responsibilities** * Lead the planning, design, and implementation of on-premise technological infrastructure projects (servers, networks, storage, applications, etc.). * Coordinate and track projects with internal clients and technical departments. * Translate technical requirements defined by Architecture into actionable tasks for various implementation teams. * Develop and maintain project documentation: schedules, technical designs, progress updates, risks, and changes. * Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project execution. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, security regulations, and infrastructure best practices. * Deliver periodic project status reports to management. * Work under agile methodologies and manage multiple projects concurrently. * **Requirements** * + Minimum 5 years’ experience managing on-premise IT infrastructure projects. * + Solid experience in IT infrastructure management, including work with: * + Linux and Windows operating systems * + Identity Management * + Oracle and SQL Server databases * + HAProxy load balancers and reverse proxies * + Networks: Firewalls and Switches * + Knowledge of server hardware, SAN/NAS storage, virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V), and backup solutions. * + Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. * + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * + Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders. * + Intermediate English proficiency, capable of collaborating with international teams. **Desirable** * + Certifications in project or infrastructure management: PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Cisco, VMware, among others. * + Experience in infrastructure migrations, implementations, consolidations, and evolutionary upgrades of business application infrastructure. * + Experience in data center projects and/or implementation of hybrid environments. * + Familiarity with project management tools: Microsoft Suite (Project, Excel, etc.) and Jira. * + Prior experience working in multinational companies (non-exclusive). **Location** Florida, Vicente López – **Hybrid mode** .
