On-site Smart Hands activities executed per instructions from remote support teams or vendors. Assistance with peripheral and networking equipment: monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners, routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, and data panels. Resolution of basic connectivity and networking issues: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP. Ticket management and tracking. Interaction with end users, technical contacts, clients, and management teams. Completion of tasks within defined timelines and according to established procedures. Requirements 2–3 years of prior experience in IT technical support, infrastructure, or similar roles. Solid knowledge of: Windows and workplace support. Desktop hardware, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Antivirus and antimalware tools. Networking and connectivity fundamentals. Spoken English is mandatory, as the role may require English-language phone communication with support desks, vendors, or external technical teams during Smart Hands activities. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation. Analytical ability, autonomy, and problem-solving capability. Availability to work in a hybrid mode: on-site and remote. Willingness to travel to various service locations as required by operations (personal transportation not required).
