Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Surveyor with a commercial and analytical profile to manage permits, conduct site surveys, prepare sketches, and produce technical reports for construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage permits and conduct site surveys for construction work in buildings. 2. Prepare sketches, photographic evidence, and technical reports. 3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with building managers and clients. We also provide network support, maintenance, and microcomputer services. We are currently seeking a Technical Surveyor with a commercial and analytical profile. The main responsibilities include conducting site surveys and managing permits for construction work in buildings. Job Duties: - Manage building access permits. - Prepare sketches for various on-site construction projects. - Capture photographic documentation at the site. - Produce technical data reports and authorization records. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with building managers, clients, etc. - Provide information regarding the services offered · Requirements: - Clear diction, strong writing skills, and dynamic performance. - Knowledge of Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure for installing cabinets and cables. - Excellent client interaction and relationship management skills. - Technical profile with commercial capabilities. - Completed secondary education or higher. - Technical knowledge in electricity, cabling, and blueprint reading/interpretation will be valued. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Valid driver's license (desirable) · We offer permanent employment, private health insurance coverage, and compensation commensurate with the position. Work Area: AMBA Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00; Saturdays, 8:00–12:00.
