Job Summary: Forecasting Analyst for the Cash business, responsible for analyzing ATM network behavior and generating cash demand forecasts. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Forecasting Analyst – Cash Business** to join our ATM Operations team, with a focus on cash demand analysis and forecasting for the ATM network. #### **Primary Job Objective:** Responsible for analyzing ATM network behavior and generating cash demand forecasts, transforming data into strategic insights to improve operational availability, reduce deviations, and optimize service delivery to banking clients. The role will involve ongoing interaction with operational, analytical, and regional teams, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of forecasting models and processes. #### **Your Key Challenges Will Include:** * Analyzing historical data and developing cash demand forecasts. * Monitoring and tuning forecasting and prediction models. * Identifying deviations, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Providing analytical support to ATM operations. * Using operational analysis and monitoring tools such as ICOM. * Preparing reports and communicating insights to the business. * Participating in process, tool, and predictive model enhancements. * Collaborating with regional teams, ATM Operations, Administration, and IT. ### **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Experience in data analysis, forecasting, or demand prediction. * Ability to handle large volumes of information. * Knowledge of data analysis and time series analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical/BI tools. * SQL knowledge (desirable). * Students or graduates in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields (desirable). * Analytical, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to translate data into actionable insights for operations and the business. Employment modality: Hybrid model — Monday to Thursday onsite at Nazca offices, Friday remote. Current working hours: 12–21 (with potential future adjustment to 09–18).
