Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support / Helpdesk professional to serve as the first point of contact and provide user support, managing tickets and resolving hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. First point of contact for IT support to users 2. Equipment configuration, user management, and network/telephony support 3. Required Knowledge / Technical Skills: * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk. * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365\. * Proactive, curious, and service-oriented profile. * Proximity to Don Torcuato (mandatory). **What Will You Do?** You will serve as the first point of contact for IT, providing support to \+120 users: * Equipment and microcomputer configuration. * User onboarding and management in Active Directory / Azure AD. * Network, telephony, and VoIP support. * Ticket management and updates (ServiceNow or similar). * Hardware and software troubleshooting. * Support during migrations and meetings.
