In this role, you will enable every technological improvement to reach users with quality, continuity, and confidence—helping millions of people live longer and better. **Job Objective** Lead the evolution of the company’s Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, with special emphasis on the Continuous Delivery (CD) component, defining secure, automated, auditable, and consistent deployment models across environments and platforms. Design the version validation and promotion protocol between environments, establishing necessary quality controls, traceability, and observability to understand each release’s behavior before and after production deployment—regardless of the platform or tool supporting it at any given time. **Responsibilities** * Design and evolve the organization’s continuous delivery strategy, advancing pipelines and deployment flows toward declarative, versioned, and auditable models (currently using tools such as GitLab CI and ArgoCD, with potential evolution based on needs). * Define deployment strategies that minimize risk and impact (blue\-green, canary, rolling) and ensure their consistent application across the company’s container platforms (currently ROSA, on\-premise OpenShift, and ECS/Fargate). * Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Development teams to embed quality, security, and compliance controls into the delivery lifecycle, executing them as early as possible (shift\-left). * Drive infrastructure and configuration management as code, ensuring environment provisioning and changes are reproducible, versioned, and traceable. * Enhance traceability and observability across the entire delivery platform, contributing to the continuous measurement and improvement of software process performance indicators (DORA metrics: lead time, deployment frequency, failure rate, and mean time to recovery). * Automate version validation testing (functional, integration, infrastructure) and integrate them into the delivery flow to reduce manual intervention and accelerate quality feedback. * Evaluate and manage the ecosystem of automation and version control tools, proposing improvements, replacements, or standardizations as the platform evolves. * Serve as a technical reference and mentor for the team on continuous delivery topics, sharing knowledge and elevating the area’s maturity. * Document and maintain up\-to\-date processes, runbooks, and deployment standards. **Requirements** * **Automation, CI/CD, and GitOps:** Git, modern CI/CD orchestrators (GitLab CI; prior Jenkins experience with ability to migrate to as\-code models is valued), declarative deployment / GitOps (Argo, Helm, Kustomize), artifact management (Nexus) * **Infrastructure as Code:** Terraform / Terragrunt, and configuration automation (AWX / Ansible) * **Platforms and Containers:** OpenShift / ROSA, Kubernetes; Red Hat Stack (EAP, FUSE) as a plus * **Cloud:** AWS at an operational level (IAM, basic networking, ECS/Fargate, EKS and associated services) * **Programming / Scripting Languages:** Python, Bash/Shell; Java, JavaScript, Go, .Net Core experience is valued * **Databases:** Familiarity with relational and non\-relational database engines in the AWS and on\-premise ecosystems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL/Aurora, RDS, Mongo/DocumentDB, Redis) * **Observability:** Platform monitoring, logging, and metrics tools **Benefits** Great development opportunity. ‍ ️ Health insurance for you and your family ️Additional vacation days. ‍ Connectivity allowance Flexible working hours and hybrid work model Udemy licenses for self\-directed learning Preferential access when contracting SMG products and/or services such as surety, home, auto, retirement, life, and savings insurance.
