Participation in the continuous improvement of logistics processes A leading Logistics company located in Villa Soldati is seeking a Traffic Administrator. Main responsibilities include: Processing and generating dispatch documentation. Reporting dispatch updates (e.g., driver non-compliance, delays, or other situations affecting service level). Preparing management information and sector indicators. Initiating route planning and tracking deliveries via the Beetrack system. Entering delivery updates into the system and closing trips. Conducting 5S audits on trucks. Reporting accidents, incidents, and/or deviations within the area. Complying with Safety, Hygiene, and Good Distribution Practices. Participating in the identification of non-conformities and improvement opportunities. Proposing procedure revisions when process improvements are identified. Desirable Requirements: Completed secondary education degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within logistics, distribution, or administrative departments. Tertiary or university students pursuing studies related to Logistics, Business Administration, or Accounting (preferred). Proficiency in Beetrack and management systems (Oracle experience valued). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Full-time availability. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs. Employment Type: Non-collective bargaining agreement position.
