The position aims to comprehensively lead and organize workshop operations, ensuring proper vehicle preparation, deadline compliance, service quality, and effective coordination of the operational team. This is a mid-level management role with personnel under supervision and direct reporting to Management. Main Responsibilities - Organize and plan daily, weekly, and monthly workshop activities. - Assign tasks to the technical team according to priorities. - Supervise proper execution of work. - Implement quality control checks prior to vehicle delivery. - Reduce rework and post-sales complaints. - Coordinate warranty claims and resolve technical issues. - Request and manage spare parts and supplies. - Report the workshop’s operational status to Management. - Propose process and area organizational improvements. Requirements Mandatory: - Completed secondary education. - Proven experience in automotive workshop management. - Solid knowledge of general mechanics. - Experience leading operational teams.
