We are seeking an Operational Team Leader to join the team of a major industrial company located in the southern area of Córdoba city — challenge yourself and build your future! WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Lead a team of 10–15 operators on the production line. Manage productivity, quality, and safety performance indicators. Monitor metrics and ensure achievement of daily targets. Ensure quality standards. Coordinate operational tasks within the line and, if necessary, cover production positions. Promote a safe and results-oriented work environment. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Advanced student or recent graduate in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred). Leadership experience managing teams (valued). Analytical, results-oriented profile with management capability in production environments. Availability to work rotating shifts. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
