Imagine spearheading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being **responsible for:** * Designing scalable architectures, applying design patterns and domain-specific orientations * Designing and implementing AI\-First solutions, applying industry-standard concepts to real-world problems * Developing high-quality code, performing complex refactors, and conducting code reviews * Designing and maintaining robust, scalable APIs to ensure resilient, modular solutions aligned with business objectives * Making data-driven decisions using dashboards, analytical tools, and the team’s collective expertise * Defining testing and observability strategies, implementing automated tests, metrics, and logs to ensure reliability and performance **What we’re looking for:** * Experience leading development teams and participating in technical discussions and architectural iterations * More than 7 years of experience in similar roles, with mastery of languages such as Java, Golang, and/or Python * Knowledge of various storage technologies (relational, non-relational, vector, graph-oriented) * Experience designing and developing distributed architectures and microservices * Experience in testing, ensuring high security standards **Ready to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** Apply now and join our mission!
