Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Supervisor to instruct, supervise, and evaluate personnel, coordinate special operations, and conduct risk analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Instruction and supervision of security guards. 2. Coordination of special security operations. 3. Conducting security assessments and risk analysis. A security company is hiring Supervisors for its services in C.A.B.A. and Greater Buenos Aires. Main responsibilities: instruct security guards on duties to be performed at their posts. Review the incident logbook of supervised areas and analyze reported situations. Prepare reports on incidents that occur. Conduct inspections jointly with security guards in critical areas. Monitor, supervise, and ensure compliance with tasks assigned to security guards. Provide support to security guards when they encounter service-related difficulties. Evaluate subordinates and report violations of regulations to area supervisors. Coordinate special security activities and/or operations conducted by the company. Conduct security assessments and risk analysis. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in the private security sector. Completed secondary education with official transcript.
